William M. "Bill" Dengel, 43 of Crum Lynne, PA formerly of Collingdale, PA passed away unexpectedly at home on April 11.

Born, raised and lifetime Delaware County resident, Bill attended Academy Park High School where he met the love of his life, Erika Krautheim. Bill worked as a Concrete Laborer for many years and in more recent years in landscaping. Health issues caused his early retirement.

Bill was through and through an outdoorsman. He loved to fish, garden or just collect rocks.

He took pleasure in being outside whether it was a 2AM car ride, taking the kids to the park or out fishing."

(Even when Damian would take him fishing and they fell out of the boat).

Bill is survived by his wife Erika Krautheim and their children Rebecca Dengel and Kaleb Dengel. His son Shane Dengel and Shane's mom, Laura Wydock; his parents James and Diane Scully; his sisters Kristen Scully and Heather Watson. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Memorial Service/ Gathering at 4:30PM Friday, April 21st at the Upper Darby Marine Corps League House, 1026 Providence Road, Secane, PA 19018 followed by a reception until 7:00PM.
