Walter Anthony Jasinski Jr.

age 61 years, of Folsom, Pa. passed away February 11, 2026 at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital.  Mr. Jasinski was lovingly known as Champ by his family and friends. Born and raised in SW Philadelphia, he attended Good Shepard grade school and John Bartram High School.  He worked for The Association of Heat and Frost Insulators LOCAL 14, and considered them as his work family.  A close knit group who enjoyed his sense of humor and enjoyed his many stories.

Champ made his home in Folsom for over 30 years.  and he attended St. Joseph Church in Collingdale, Pa.  He was a private man who enjoyed helping others, and spending time with his grandchildren. Walter was a great sounding board and would listen to anybody who needed a friendly ear and some sound advice. No matter the circumstances, he always showed up for those who depended on him.

Mr. Jasinski was husband of the late Lisa Jasinski who passed away in 2023. He was preceded in death by his caring mother Florence Bright, who passed away in November of 2025.  He is survived by his children Michael A. Jasinski, Taylor Jasinski, and Carol Jasinski. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren Mason, Mya, and Ariana. His loving sister Toni Jasinski and his brother Larry Conroy.  A special thanks goes out to his best friend Danny McCullough.

His funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday  March 28, 2026 at St. Josephs' Church in Collingdale.  Calling will be 9 - 10 AM followed by his mass at 10:00 AM  Burial will follow in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
