Virginia Tyrrell Stouffer Davis, age 94, of Mendenhall passed on August 16, 2022.  The wife of fifty seven years of the late J. Rogers Davis, Jr. and the mother of the late Rogers B. Davis. Born in Ridley Park, she was the daughter of the late C.J. Eames Stouffer and late Helen Paul Stouffer.

Her early childhood years were spent in Wallingford. In later years she resided in Rose Valley for over forty years before moving to Mendenhall. Her interests were in the harp, classical music, nature, birding, and roses.  She held for many years memberships in the American Harp Society, Del-Chester Rose Society, and Tyler Arboretum.

A member of Christ Episcopal Church, Media for many years, she served on the Altar Guild and in other capacities.

Survivors: cousin Helen Paul Briggle of Miami, FL, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Her service will be 1:00 pm on Monday, August 29, 2022 at Christ Episcopal Church. 311 S. Orange Street, Media, PA 19063. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery.
