Susan was born in Lincoln, Nebraska to the late Ralph and Janet (nee Robinson) Belknap.  She was a longtime resident of Wallingford, PA where she made her home with her husband, Tom, and son, Chris.  Susan attended West Chester University and worked for many years with National Liberty Insurance Company in customer service.  She turned her love for animals into a career when she started her own dog walking company.  Her most important and treasured role was that of wife and mother. Her favorite interests and activities in life were: family, live music, our beloved dog Lola and the Jersey Shore.

Susan is survived by her husband of 29 years, Thomas Latsios, and her son, Christopher Latsios.  She is also survived by her sister, Sandy Kennedy, of California.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Wonder.
