Roy Service, of West Chester, PA, passed away peacefully June 18th, 2026 at the West Chester Rehab Center in Chester County.

Roy was born in Philadelphia on January 4th, 1958, and was a longtime resident of the Elwyn Center in Media, PA.  He was deeply loved and looked after by the caregivers and will be greatly missed by all the staff at Elwyn.

There will be a private service for Roy at a later date.
