Robert "Bob" Gerrow III, age 79, of Rutledge, PA, passed
away surrounded by his family at Taylor Hospice on July
27th ,2019. Bob was born in Philadelphia on February
22nd,1940 and was a long-time resident of Delaware
County.

Bob was predeceased by his parents, Robert
Gerrow Jr. and Anna (Alexander) Gerrow. Bob served in
the U.S. Naval Reserves for 6 years in the 1960's and
graduated from Bartram High School and Temple
University. He was a self-employed accountant for 52
years. Bob enjoyed bowling and golfing and was an avid
fan of all Philadelphia sports teams. He collected coins,
stamps, sports memorabilia and built model railroad
displays. Bob enjoyed spending time with his
grandchildren and loved visits from his great grandson.
Survivors: Devoted husband of 56 years to his wife Edith
(Cubbler), loving father of Robert A. Gerrow, Sheryl
Canning (Martin), Jean Morgan, Michael Gerrow
(Gretchen), Patricia Duross (Michael) and his sisters
Nancy Gerrow and Dot Stambaugh. Bob is also survived
by 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm Friday August 9th 2019 at
Toppitzer Funeral Home, 2900 State Road, Drexel Hill, PA
19026. Calling time begins at 12:30pm. In lieu of
flowers, contributions can be made in Bob's memory to:
