Randy Johnson passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 16th, surrounded by his loving family until the very end.

Born on November 4th, 1950, Randy grew up in Wilmington, Delaware through his high school years, where he became a Delaware state champion as part of the 1968 P.S. DuPont Basketball team. He remained involved in the Delaware community throughout his life and always took pride in its history.

Randy raised his family in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania- where he coached his sons and never missed a game. He was a caring father, loving husband, and friend to many within the Chadds Ford community. He enjoyed playing golf, pickleball and spending time with family and friends down in Sea Isle City, NJ.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jody (Haly); his sons Michael and Patrick; along with countless cousins, nieces, and nephews who brought him nothing but pride and joy throughout his life.

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life at the Ballrooms at Boothwyn (1405 Meetinghouse Road, Upper Chichester, PA 19061) on Thursday, June 4th from 5:30pm-9:30pm. Join in as we share memories, stories and laughs about a man who had an incredible impact on so many lives throughout his time with us.
