Peggy Newby (nee Brembos), age 79, passed away at home surrounded by family on June 10, 2023.  Born in Seattle, WA, Peggy was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Marian Brembos (nee Wells). She spent her childhood years in Asbury Park, NJ where she attended Asbury Park High School.  She worked as a software business writer for EDS for many years.

Peggy was the devoted wife of Donald Newby who preceded her in death after 46 years of marriage. The couple lived in Wall, NJ for many decades which is where they raised their daughters, Lisa and Caron. Peggy took pleasure in the simplicity of life and enjoyed long walks around the lake with her dog. She loved her family especially her grandchildren.

Peggy is predeceased by her grandchild Jeremy Leeds. She is survived by daughters Lisa Gabriele of Wall, NJ and Caron Kamin (Scott) of Media, PA; grandchildren John Leeds, Jeremy Leeds, Marissa Kamin, and Matthew Kamin; and siblings Judith Jobes of Beachwood, NJ, Barbara McCurry of Wall, NJ, and Thomas Brembos of Lanoka Harbor, NJ.
