Paula Hutt Berman, beloved wife and mother, dies at 93

Paula Hutt Berman, born April 04, 1926, in Washington DC, passed away peacefully in her sleep
on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019. She was 93.
Living in Richmond and then Virginia Beach, VA, Paula was a stay-at-home wife and mother.
However, in her early years, she worked part-time for the government to save up for annual
vacations to Miami Beach, Florida. Later, Paula helped out at her husband's business selling
furniture until they closed it in 2006.  In 2009, Paula moved to a suburb of Philadelphia to be
nearer family.
Paula loved the beach, the ocean, and adored a sunshiny day. She will be remembered by her
family and friends as having loved the sun, being outside in the fresh air, and enjoying much
laughter.
Paula is survived by her three children: Harvey; Michael with wife Anne; Cathy with husband
David; niece Carla. She has four grandchildren: Alexander, Erica, Molly, Jackson, and numerous
loving nieces and nephews. She has two surviving brothers: Stanley and Gerald.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date for the family.
