Michael M. Delaney, Ph.D

Michael M. Delaney, age 77, resident of Edgmont, PA for 30 years, passed into eternity on April 22, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.  He was a retired university professor.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Diane (nee Kasper), loving father of Maureen and Michael, and caring grandfather of Aidan, Sophia, Amara, and Rose.  He is also survived by his brother, Richard Delaney, and sister, Kelly Delaney, and numerous nephews and nieces.  He was predeceased by his older sister, Eileen.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 10 a.m., St. Mary Magdalen Church, 2400 N. Providence Rd., followed at 11 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Magdalen School Endowment Fund or the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Catholic Charities Appeal.
