Mary Carole Melidosian (née Maneely)

Mary Carole Melidosian (née Maneely), 73, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on September 23, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth "Betty Jean" (née Kane); cherished sister of Kathleen and Nancy; loving mother of Kate Marie (Andrew), Moira (Kevin), and Kendall; and dear grandmother of Kaeden, Mina, Sedda, and Mira.

A graduate of Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, Class of 1968, Mary Carole spent most of her life in Philadelphia before recently moving to Delaware County to be near her daughters. Mary Carole had a great appreciation for art and often visited museums. She enjoyed reading, watching television, and going to the movie theater. A lover of music, she was especially fond of The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, James Taylor, and the Carpenters. Family was most important to Mary Carole, and she treasured time spent with her loved ones, especially her daughters.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Monday, October 9th from 9:00—10:30 am at Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home in Media, PA, followed by a mass at 11:00 am at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Media, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter at alz.org/delval .
