Mariann Capozzoli McKinney, age 69, passed away on March 24 th , 2023. She was born in Chester, PA on February 13, 1954 to Alice and Tony Capozzoli of Ridley Township. Mariann was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She and her husband Wayne raised their family in Ridley Township.

Mariann spent her life in the kitchen of her family's business, Capozzoli Catering, alongside her brothers, Michael, Ralph, and many family members.  Family was an endless source of joy and entertainment for Mariann, and she had it in spades. Mariann turned in the towel when the first of her seven grandchildren arrived. Taking care of them is how she wanted to spend her silver years and settled into the role of "Mom-Mom" with ease.

Mariann loved nothing more than spending time with her people. She was at her best when she had a packed house of family and friends filled with conversation and laughter. When she wasn't home in Ridley, you could find her on a cruise ship with her life-long circle of friends or down the shore.  Long days on the beach, fading into quiet evenings is where Mariann found peace, as she watched the tide roll out.

Surviving Mariann is her husband Wayne, her children Brian (Erin), Marc (Renee), and Matt (Amanda) as well as her grandchildren who were the light of her life: Jack, Alexander, Connor, Nathaniel, Allie, Paige, and Laci. She is also survived by her brothers Ralph (Ann) and Michael (Eileen) as well as their children and grandchildren who affectionately called her "Aunt Mare".

Friends and family are invited to Rigby Harting and Hagan Funeral Home Wednesday, March 29 th at 6:00 for a viewing and Our Lady of Peace Church on Thursday, March 30 th at 10:00 for a viewing followed by mass at 11:00 am.  Burial will be at EastLawn Cemetery Ridley Township.
