Lisa Ann Krasas
June 15, 1962 – December 23, 2025
Lisa Ann Krasas passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025. She was born on June 15, 1962, and lived a life defined by love, strength, humor, and compassion.
Daughter of Doris (nee Tyler) and Leonard Anderson, Lisa was born and raised in Folcroft, PA. She was a longtime member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Folcroft and was a graduate of Sharon Hill High School, class of 1980.
Lisa was the beloved wife of James Krasas. The two were married on September 24, 1983, sharing more than four decades of deep love, partnership, laughter, and adventure. She was a devoted and proud mother to her daughter, Kelsey, shaping her life with unconditional love, encouragement, and strength.
Known to many as a truly remarkable woman, Lisa was described by friends, family, and colleagues as kind, strong, courageous, funny, and full of life. She faced challenges with grace and determination, inspiring those around her to keep fighting, to laugh often, and to live boldly. Her warmth, quick wit, and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Lisa was an avid reader who found joy in hiking and had a love for all kinds of cryptic and crossword puzzles. A devoted baseball fan and craft beer enthusiast, she especially looked forward to Friday nights filled with pizza and beer and took great pleasure in exploring new breweries.
Lisa built meaningful connections throughout her life—as a friend, coworker, teammate, mentor, and confidant. She was deeply loved and admired, often remembered for her humor, her fierce loyalty, and her ability to make others feel seen and valued. Many referred to her as a "force of her own," a rare light whose presence made the world brighter.
Her courage throughout her illness was noted by all who walked alongside her, and she will be remembered with great respect and admiration. Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her light, love, and legacy live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
Lisa is survived by her loving husband, James, and her cherished daughter, Kelsey, along with a wide circle of friends who will forever hold her memory close.
A celebration of Lisa's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness, prayers, or charitable donations made in Lisa's memory.
Lisa Ann Krasas will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
