Obituary

Obituary - John Joseph "Jack" Meakim, III, 85, of Drexel Hill, PA, died March 14, 2024 at Lankenau Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he was a graduate of West Catholic High School, class of '56, he served in the US Army and had been stationed in SE Asia as the Vietnam War was beginning. He enjoyed summers in Cape May and will be remembered as a loving husband, dad and pop-pop. He was preceded in death by his parents John J., Jr, Kathryne Meakim, his step-mother Jane Meakim and his sister Jacquelyn Jones.
