Jessie K. Ruffini, age 96, of Newtown Square, passed away on October 13, 2020. Born in Philadelphia to the late Justin and Helen Kuleszewicz, she graduated from Kensington High School in 1942 and worked for the Bell Telephone Company. Jessie married the love of her life, Dr. John A. Ruffini, in 1956, and together they raised four sons in Wallingford, Pennsylvania. They retired to White Horse Village in Newtown Square in 2001.

Jessie lived not only a long life but also a full one. In addition to the full-time job of raising her sons, she was active for many years in the Taylor Hospital Women's Auxiliary. She traveled often, developed a green thumb, became a gourmet cook to the delight of her family, and was the "rock" on which they depended. She enjoyed reading on the beach at the Jersey Shore, her weekly trips to Philadelphia, and most of all, being surrounded by family. Her determination, loyalty, devotion, and beautiful smile will be dearly missed.

Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Ruffini. She is survived by her children, John Ruffini (Lisa), Robert Ruffini (Amy), David Ruffini (Joni), and Christopher Ruffini (Colleen), grandchildren, Nicole Liss (Jordan), Justin Ruffini, Kelly Ruffini, Danielle Ruffini, David Ruffini, Jillian Ruffini, Jacqueline Ruffini, Madalyn Ruffini, and great-granddaughter, Olivia Liss. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Kuleszewicz.

Funeral services will be private.
