With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jenni Hubert-Donahue, who left this world on April 16, 2025, at the age of 47. Jenni passed peacefully at Crozer Health Hospital in Chester County, Pennsylvania, after a long journey of health challenges, which she faced with remarkable strength and unwavering positivity.

Born in 1977, Jenni was a fiercely independent and free-spirited soul whose energy touched everyone she met. In her younger years, she followed her love for music and adventure across the United States with the Grateful Dead, embracing a life full of spontaneity, connection, and joy. Her journey took her to homes in Oregon, Maine, Florida, and Pennsylvania, each place reflecting a piece of her vibrant personality.

Jenni had a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures—sunshine on her face, live music in the air, and meaningful conversations with those she loved. Her laughter, rebellious spirit, and genuine heart will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children, Irie O'Leary and Sammy Donahue; her brothers, James and Joey Hubert; her father, James Hubert Sr. (Kathy Hubert); and stepfather Steve Witherup. Jenni is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Donahue, her son Elijah O'Leary and daughter AbbeyRose, as well as her mother Mary Witherup.

A memorial service to honor Jenni's life will be held later, where friends and family will gather to celebrate her in the way she would have wanted—through stories, music, and love. Jenni was, and will always be, a light too wild to tame.
