James J. Case, age 64, passed away at his home in Drexel Hill on August 23, 2022. The son of James and Elizabeth (nee McDonald) Case, James was born in Philadelphia and spent his childhood years in Clifton Heights graduating from Upper Darby High School. James was a former resident of Briarcliffe and Ridley Park and spent time in Tennessee and Virginia Beach.

James loved cars and worked as an automotive painter.  He was a wonderful cook and huge Elvis fan.  He'll be remembered as a loving father, brother and friend.

He is survived by his children, Patricia Case (Eric Gilbert) of Philadelphia and Michael Case of New Castle, DE; silbings Rosanne (Damon) Lenza of Media, Joseph Case of Media, and Beth (Chris) Cartwright of Oxford; and his former spouses Cathy and Nancy.

Friends and family are invited to Mr. Case's memorial service on Friday, September 9th at Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home.  There will be a calling from 6:30 - 8 pm with the service beginning at 8 pm.
