"Jackie" as she was affectionately known, attended Chester Upland School District. In her early years, she married William S. Las Vegas was one of her favorite places to visit; she would share her experiences through song, video and dance! Jackie loved to dance! Some of the top names in the entertainment industry knew Jackie and would shout her name out over the radio!
An avid gardener, Jackie grew everything from flowers to vegetables. She shared these experiences with her sister Yvonne as they enjoyed listening to the Oldies but Goodies. Neighbors raved about her tomatoes and peppers they would share.
After marrying Robert Thomas, they relocated to Folkston, Georgia in 1996. While in Folkston, Jackie enjoyed fishing, crabbing and gardening. She was also a member of the Mount Carmel Baptist Church, Folkston, GA. Jackie enjoyed traveling across country with her grandchildren.
During her final days, Jackie was under the care of her daughter-in-law, Frani Miller. Jackie would share many beautiful memories of her family with Frani as they watched countless hours of Law & Order SVU, Western movies and listened to Motown music.

There are not enough words in the dictionary that come to mind that we could say about this woman. You will forever be in our hearts, and we thank you so much for all the love, lessons and traditions that will be carried on in honor of you.
