Jacqueline McCord, a longtime resident of Levittown and recently of Woodlyn, died peacefully at home at the age of 82. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert McCord who preceded her in death in 2015.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Jackie was the daughter of the late William Humes and Catherine Shull.  She was a graduate of St. Maria Goretti High School. Jackie was a skilled seamstress with a love for sewing, knitting, ceramics and all hand crafts.  She worked for several companies in the textile industry.  A wonderful cook and baker, Jackie took pride in hosting her family and friends at her home. She enjoyed watching game shows and absolutely loved dogs. A caretaker at heart, Jackie always looked after the stray animals in her neighborhood.

Jackie is survived by her six nieces Kathleen Leary, Jennifer Hartey, Sherry Leary, Becky Soper, Chrissy Soper and Stacey Williams.

A graveside service will be held Monday, June 5th, 11:00 am at Odd Fellows Cemetery, 4527 US-130, Burlington, NJ 08016.
