Howard E. Jones, 80, a resident of Zionsville, PA, died peacefully at home on April 15, 2023.  A loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, Mr. Jones was formerly of Macungie, PA and Hazlet, NJ.

Born and raised in Philadelphia to the late Howard and Dorothy Jones, Howard was a proud graduate of Roman Catholic High School.  He returned to his alma mater to coach high school baseball where he had the opportunity to coach his own sons. Mr. Jones worked for many years in security with Girard College of Philadelphia.  He was a huge fan of the Yankees, Phillies and the Eagles. He loved hunting, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with friends and family, especially all of the children.

Howard was preceded in death by his sons, Edward Jones and Thomas Jones Chattin.  He is survived by children Tina Bell (Chris), Patrick Jones (Nadia), Angeline Apakian, John Jones Chattin, and step-daughter, Theresa Perrotta.  He was the proud grandfather to Eddie, Jessie, Holly, Lisa, Amber, Little John, Howie, Kyle, Salvatore, Katilyn, Mellisa, and great-grandson, Evan.  He is also survived by his sister, Marie Jones, sister-in-law, Rosemarie Ferry, and best friend, Mike O'Malley.

Mr. Jones' funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 22nd at the Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.  Friends and family are invited to a visitation hour at the funeral home from 1-2 pm.
