Henry E. Pompilii (November 30, 1948 – January 29, 2024)

Henry (Rick) Pompilii of Middletown, PA died at home on January 29, 2024. Born in Chester, PA, he was preceded in death by his parents Ettore and Margaret (Giampalmi) Pompilii, sister Carmel Pompilii Price, and brother Ronald W. Pompilii. Rick is survived by his sister Mary Ann Pompilii Maleno (Bob) of Citrus Hills, FL and Ocean City, NJ and his niece Alicia Maleno DeVinney (Brian) and his great-niece Olivia. Rick was a 1966 graduate of Chester High School. He then attended Penn State University and graduated in 1971 with a degree in History. Later, he attended Spring Garden College receiving degrees in Industrial Electricity and Electronics, graduating first in his class. He worked at Tasty Baking Company as an Industrial Electrician. Rick's on the job work was always first class. He later worked at several DuPont facilities as a First Class Electrical and Instrumentation Technician until his retirement.

He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed restoring classic cars. He participated in car shows throughout the tri-state area and won numerous first place trophies. Rick also enjoyed assisting his niece with her many school projects for which she always received an A+. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at SS.
