Harry Urban, age 73, a longtime resident of Glenolden, PA, passed away on October 22, 2022.  He was the beloved husband of Donna, a proud father of two girls and devoted grandfather.

Harry was born in 1949 in the Bronx to the late Harriet (nee Conklin) and Robert Cohen.  At age 6, his family moved to Hershey, PA where Harry spent his formative years before moving to Philadelphia as a young teenager.  Harry graduated from George Washington High School in 1967 and obtained his BS in Mathematics from Drexel University in 1972.  He served various co-ops through Drexel and ultimately began a lengthy career as a programmer and IT manager with Verizon.

With a gift for music, Harry enjoyed singing and playing the piano often recording his own songs.  He had a wonderfully creative mind and loved to make videos and slide shows. Always fun-loving, Harry enjoyed playing games, funny puns and making people laugh.  He loved to travel and treasured time with his family, especially his six grandchildren.

Harry is survived by his wife of 44 years, Donna Urban (nee Wilson); daughters Laura Couchara (Joe) of Springfield and Becky Weldon (Chad) of West Chester; six grandchildren Joey, Kaylee, Addy, Zack, Reese, and Lincoln; along with his sister, Lois Lubar, of Bensalem.  He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Jack & Marie Wilson, and nieces and nephews, Jenny, Patty, Merry, Jackie and Donald.
