Francis G. Cannon, Jr., 56, of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on December 5, 2021.  Born and raised in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, Francis attended Valley Forge Military Academy and was a graduate of Parsons School of Design.  He remained in New York City after his graduation from Parsons and enjoyed a successful career as an architectural and interior designer for several decades prior to moving to London.  Mr. Cannon loved to travel and used London as a base to travel throughout Europe.  While in London, Mr. Cannon continued his career as a designer and was honored with a layout and article in House Beautiful Magazine. Upon his retirement, Mr. Cannon moved to Philadelphia to be closer to his family.  He is survived by his parents, Francis and Sandra Cannon, and his brothers and sisters, Nancy Niermann (Francis), John Cannon (Shawn), Mark Cannon (Christine) and Laurie Cannon, four nephews and three nieces. A private service and burial at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Broomall, PA were held on December 14, 2021.
