Evelyn K. Finnegan   (Lynne)

     Age 74 years, Passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026.  Born in Philadelphia, she was raised in Collingdale, PA where she made her home for over 55 years.  She later moved to Upland, PA where she resided for 10 years.  Lynne went to St Joseph Catholic Grade School class of 1966 and Archbishop Prendergast High School class of 1970.  She worked for years as a crossing guard with the Collingdale Schools and later was employed by National Full Fillment working in food service.

    Ms. Finnegan had a strong faith and was a devoted member of St. Joseph's Church in Collingdale.  She worked in many church activities, with a focus on being a helpful caretaker. She enjoyed watching the WTN Network, was a big fan of Philadelphia sports especially the Eagles and Phillies.  She liked to dance and was fond of travelling.  Lynne had many interests, but her faith and family were most important.

   She was the daughter of the late James and Evelyn Lockhart Finnegan.  Survivors include her Loving son Michael Barch, 3 grandchildren Colin, Evan and Alyssa Barch.  She is the sister of Charles and Jimmy Finnegan and Joan Marie Muir.

    Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 10th, at St Josephs Church in Collingdale, Pa  where friends and family may call 10 - 11 AM before the Mass.  Burial will follow in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
