Emily Domenech Kuddar, age 86, a longtime resident of Brooklyn, NY and recently of Darby, PA, died peacefully at St. Francis Center on September 25, 2024.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend.

Born in Sunset Park, NY to the late Carmen (nee Diaz) and Frank Domenech, Emily was of Puerto Rican descent, and she carried her heritage with her every single day of her life.  As a lifelong homemaker and the proud mother of two boys, Matthew and Mitch, taking care of her family and friends was her core strength. Emily's dedication to helping others was remarkable.  She made you feel valued and heard. In her free time, Emily volunteered at St. Patrick's Church in Bayridge where she always wore a big smile and emanated warmth that could light up a room.

Survivors include her children Matt Kudar (Mary) of Wantagh, NY and Mitch Kudar (Kathy) of Morton, PA; and her beloved grandchildren Matthew, Melissa, Megan, Kristina, Kevin, Kimberly, John, James and Nicolas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at St. Patrick Church, 9511 4th Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11209.  Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Staten Island.
