Elizabeth "Betsy" (Kaiser) Bender of Perkasie, PA was born to Michael and Elsa Kaiser on April 17, 1944, in Quakertown, PA. She was one of four children and predeceased by two sisters, Margarite Landis and Rosemary Godshall and her husband Harold "Nelson" Bender.

Elizabeth was currently retired from a lifetime career as a family caregiver and homemaker as well as a bus driver for children with special needs.

Her close family and friends could always count on her unwavering support and kindness through good times and bad. She liked spending time sailing on Chesapeake Bay with her husband and family. She treasured her grandchildren and enjoyed playing on the beach in Avalon with them and never missed a sporting event or dance recital.

She is survived by her sister, Rita Herman, her daughters, Michelle Mayer and Theresa Mayer as well as her four grandchildren, Danielle Mayer Berry, Erika Mayer Muralidhar, Michael Mayer and Thomas Mayer and many nieces and nephews.

Services to be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at Nativity BVM Church located on 30 E. Franklin St., Media, PA 19063. Receiving hour will be from 10am-10:45am followed by Mass at 11am.
