Edward Stanley Lloyd, 89, of Upper Darby, PA passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025. Predeceased by his Father, Alvah Lee Lloyd & Mother, Elinor Roper Lloyd, Brother Alvah Lee Lloyd, Jr. Predeceased by his Wife, Dorothy Helen (McQuaid) Lloyd and loving Granddaugther Angel McIntyre. Survived by Sister, Emma Jane (Lloyd) Boone.

Children: Sherri Lloyd, Tracy L Hastings, Edward Lloyd Jr, Eric Lloyd.

Shawn (Lynn) McIntyre, Karen McIntyre, Christopher (Lynn) McIntyre.

Grandchildren: Christopher McIntyre Jr, Lindsey McIntyre, William McIntyre, Ken Banko, Jennifer Hastings, Shaina Hastings, Brittany Hastings. Also many great grandchildren.

Ed was born and raised in Upper Darby. He went to Upper Darby High School and was a graduate of PA Military College (PMC) in Chester. Upon graduation Ed joined the US Marine corp.

Edward worked for several companies over the years as well as New Market Florist. Edward and his wife Dorothy were the proprietors of Sports Emporium Bar in Southwest Phila. for almost 30 years where they had many loving friends & patrons. Ed later worked for Upper Darby School District and became a crossing guard until he retired in his 80's!

Edward enjoyed being at the NJ shore with friends and family. He especially loved being with and celebrating his fellow marines. Semper Fi! His favorite memories were having fun & rides in Ocean City & Wildwood boardwalk with his Grandkids!
