Diann Gilliam passed away on March 29, 2021 at the age of 67.  She was the beloved wife of Mr. James L. Gilliam, Sr.

Born in Mount Carmel, PA, to the late Frank A. Balonis and Elizabeth (nee Cero), Diann was a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School.  She lived in Wallingford for the past twenty years and worked at PennDot as a Regional Manager at the Drivers License Center for over 25 years.  Mrs. Gilliam adored her family and especially loved celebrating Christmas with them.  She collected Hallmark ornaments and loved shopping, fishing, and traveling.

Mrs. Gilliam is survived by her husband of 20 years, Mr. James L. Gilliam, Sr. and she was the proud grandmother of Jaden and Jaxon Gilliam.  Diann is also survived by her brothers Raymond Wolfgang, David Balonis, and Frank Balonis all of Mt. Carmel, PA.
