Diane Chakmaklian, age 57 of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 18, 2025.

Born on May 6, 1968, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Diane attended Upper Darby High School and Delaware County Community College. She ran her own cleaning service for many years and spent the remainder of her career in the healthcare field as a medical biller.

Diane was a free spirit, who embraced life and spread light, love, and laughter wherever she went. She was known for her infectious smile, sharp wit, and for her kindness and generosity. Diane had a deep love for music, reading, and nature. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, who also enjoyed camping, water sports and attending concerts.

She was happiest caring for her plants and beloved cat, Bits. She touched so many lives with her warmth, humor, and compassion. Diane will live on in the hearts of those that knew her best. Fly on, beautiful soul, you are now truly free!

She is survived by her beloved son, Connor Phillips and her cherished niece, Tammy Routzahn. She is predeceased by her mother, Barbarann Chakmaklian (nee Dorian), her father, Jack Chakmaklian, and her sister, Denise Chakmaklian.

Visitation will be held at Rigby, Harting & Hagan Funeral Home located at 15 E. 4th Street, Media, PA 19063, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 11am – 12pm and Memorial services will be from 12pm-1pm. There will be a Celebration of Life afterwards at the American Legion – 6914 Chestnut Street, Upper Darby, PA 19082 starting at 2pm.
