Deborah Lees Gaston, a lifetime resident of Media, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 8, 2020.  Debbie was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Born and raised in Media to the late John and Shirley Lees, Debbie was a graduate of Penncrest High School.  She worked for Delaware County for 46 years in court clerk services, as the prothonotary of clerk of courts and the Director of the Office of Judicial Support. She was very involved in her local community.  Debbie devoted countless hours to the Media Little League.  She volunteered with Curt Weldon's Congressional Campaign and was involved with the Media Republican Party, Delaware County Republican Party, and State Republican Committee.  She was a member of Media Presbyterian Church. Debbie enjoyed boating and golfing.  She was a member of the Great Oaks Yacht Club.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donald E. Gaston Jr., her son Donald E. Gaston III of Media, her daughter Heather Gaston of Upper Darby and her grandchildren Karlie and Anthony Copertino.  She is also survived by her sister Judy B. Kirby of Aston, her aunt Elizabeth C. Baker along with many cousins, nieces and nephews and beloved family.

Please join us for a celebration of Debbie's Life on July 26th at Ridley Creek State Park Pavilion #14 from 12-6 pm. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and non-alcoholic refreshments will be served.  Bring a covered dish for the table and your chair along with your favorite memory of Debbie to share.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Media Little League (1900 N. Providence Rd. Media, PA 19063).
