Dawn filled every room with a spunky spirit that made everyone feel at home. She often enjoyed "taking a ride down the road" where she tried her luck on penny slots. She spent over thirty years sailing the high seas of the Caribbean and passed her love of cruising onto her daughter, granddaughter, and son-in-law with the perks of Royal Caribbean's Diamond Plus status. A Philadelphian at heart, Dawn spent summer nights cheering her Phillies to victory with a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream in hand. She was famous for her pineapple cake recipe, but a slice of Pellman's carrot cake was just as good for satisfying her sweet tooth. Smooth on her feet, Dawn was a talented dancer who loved to jitterbug with her husband of 37 years, Ken. Despite a lengthy battle with cancer, Dawn greeted her doctors and nurses with perfectly spiked silver hair and a Danielle Steele novel in hand. Most of all, Dawn's love for her daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law, siblings, and extended family was immeasurable, and she will be deeply missed by many.

Dawn was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Fitting; her infant daughter, Jennifer Reynolds; and her brother, Judd Myers.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Reynolds Milewski (Stephen Milewski Jr.) of Smyrna, DE; her granddaughter and namesake, Cassidy Dawn Milewski; and her siblings Cathy Myers of Newark, DE, Paula May of West Grove, PA, Timmy Myers of Three Springs, PA, Dennis Myers of West Grove, PA and Danny Myers of Rowmansville, PA.
