Charles Allen Stiteler (84) of Philadelphia, PA, died at his home on July 24, 2025.

Known as Allen, he was born in 1940 to Charles Harmer Stiteler and Bernice Stiteler (née Zwald, later Von Blohn) in Waterbury, CT. Raised in Hillsdale, NJ. , Allen was a proud graduate of Bucknell University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was a principled business professional, peaking as a benefits consultant and partner with the Hay Group. He later shifted to public service, as a securities compliance examiner for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. Allen was a long-time member of Old Pine Street Church and a dedicated Boy Scout troop leader through the Church's Community Center.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Donna (née Nausbaum); his children, Jessica Mono (and husband Brian) of Philadelphia, PA; David Stiteler (and wife Kimberlee Leishear) and a son from his first marriage, Allen Rout (and wife Christine, née Livingston) of Gainesville, FL. Other survivors include four siblings: Fred Z. Stiteler of Punta Gorda, FL, Susan Rexer of Muncy, PA, Mary Ellen Shaughnessy of Steamboat, CO., and Elizabeth Aaron of Englewood, FL.; and 5 grandchildren, Stephen, Jacob, Talia, Sarah and Jackson.

Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service on 10 am Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Old Pine Street Church, 412 Pine Street. Burial will be private.
