Benjamin Dangerfield III, age 98, died at home in Wallingford May 11, 2021.  A graduate of Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh and the University of Pennsylvania, Ben served as an army combat medic in Europe in WWII and later pursued a career in accounting. Ben had a life-long passion for travel and DXing foreign radio stations.

He will be sorely missed by his wife of 73 years, Dorothy Jeanne, his daughter Jeanne (John) Broad, sons Dickson (Linda) and George (Holly) Dangerfield, grand-daughter Michele Dangerfield, and great-grandsons Cole, Logan, Aaron and Xander.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am at Trinity Episcopal Church in Swarthmore on Wednesday, May 19 ^th .  If you plan to attend the service, please visit www.trinity-swarthmore.org to register.
