Barbara J. LaRosa, died peacefully on April 24, 2021 at the age of 90.  She was preceded in death in 1988 by her husband, Dewey M. LaRosa, who was the love of her life. She was the former spouse of the late Charles C. Martini whom she married in 2004.  Born in Boston to the late Edward and Alice Moore, Barbara grew up in Dorchester, MA and graduated from Boston Girls High.

Barbara is survived by her brother, Alan R. Moore (Lindsay Felix); nieces and nephews Cynthia Moore, Russell Moore and Rick Moore; and "the daughter she never had", Kelly Mackey, who cared and took care of her till the end.

Barbara served as District Judge for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from 1988-1999 and as Senior Judge from 1999-2005.  A longtime resident of Upper Providence, Barbara was a parishioner of St. Mary Magdalen Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking and being with friends and family.  She loved shopping with Kelly and their trips to Dairy Queen!

A funeral service was held at the Rigby Harting & Hagan Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.  Burial: Media Cemetery.
