Anna Higler

Former Media resident, Anna DeSantis Higler 86, passed away peacefully at her current residence, Pocopson Home, West Chester PA. on July 31, 2020.

Due to the ongoing covid situation, a memorial service with family members will be postponed until a later date.

Anna  was born July 3, 1934 in Chester Pa.  She was the daughter of Stella and Gabrielle DeSantis.  She had five siblings:  Sam, Frank, Gabriel, Marie, and Joseph.

After her graduation from Chester High School,  Anna worked many years for Westinghouse and then Boeing (from which she retired).

She is survived by her daughter Anne Stabb, Grandson Dan Stabb and his wife Sara;  Granddaughter, Rachel Cameron and her husband Jason;  Three great-grandsons and one great grand-daughter.  In addition, she is also survived by her brother Joseph DeSantis.

Interment will be private at Immaculate Heart Cemetery in Linwood, PA.
